I think I’ve figured something out. As people, we try to make things back and white, as simple as possible. We make laws to tell you what’s wrong and right, we make programs like autocorrect to make writing and communication easier. But both of these seam to backfire on us ALL the time. That’s because you can’t make it that simple. It never was and never will be. We want a piece of paper to tell us how smart we are or how rich we are (or are not), but no black letters on a white background can tell us that. Life is gray, it’s entirely up to you to perceive and judge what is and what is not. There will never be a clear, universal answer, no matte how hard we try. I think that is the trouble; we create laws to say “stealing is bad”, when it is something you should know anyway. Schools are teaching Science and Math when they should be teaching common sense and morals. But how do you teach morals I wonder?
